When you use our project form, AI chat or voice agent we collect the details you provide: name, company, business email, country, website, project requirements, and billing details if you request an invoice. We do not collect payment card details through the website.
Why we collect it
To prepare a project brief, assess scope, contact you about your inquiry, and issue invoices you have requested.
AI processing
Chat messages are processed by an AI model provider to generate replies and a structured brief. Voice conversations, when available, are only recorded or transcribed with your explicit consent at the start of the call.
Retention and sharing
Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business records. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the website (hosting, database, AI and email providers).
